If you don't like greasy food like me, you need to check this one out. This is the best Japanese food I tried in Franklin area. Clean and nicely decorated interior, very fresh sashimi, sushi, veggies, and fruits. They handmade sushi to your order and after it's done, the waiter brings to your table with beautiful presentation. Great selections of cold and hot Japanese and Chinese food. I personally like all the special salads. Haven't tried the onsite hibatch yet, but will order next time. Their ice creams have special red bean and green tea flavors as well as mango and choclate.TFriendly service. Overall, our family had a great dining experience there and we will definitely come back. Dinner buffet is a little bit pricy at 17.95. But lunch buffet at around 10 bucks is worth your every dime.
