I AM RESPONDING TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEW. IF THIS REALLY HAPPENED, WHY WERE YOU NOT MATURE ENOUGH TO TALK WITH THE STYLIST AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT AND TELL HER THAN THAT YOU WERE NOT HAPPY, I FEEL THAT THIS REVIEW WAS WRITTEN OUT OF HATE , I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROFESSIONAL TREATMENT AT THIS SALON AND MY HAIR ALWAYS LOOKS GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!

YOU ARE TREATED VERY WELL AND THEY ARE GREAT AT COLORING YOUR HAIR GREAT PRICES, YOU DONT NEED TO SPEND A FORTUNE TO GET A GREAT COLOR

I was in the salon a few times and each time I heard the salon owner/manager and staff talking about other customers. It made me wonder what they said when I wasn't there. Also my HAIR COLOR STINKS!!! I hade to go to another salon in Franklin to get it fixed because I didnt trust the girl to fix it. I guess they should focus on hair techniques more than gossiping about others!! NEEDS HELP!!!!
